Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and ACK Solutions, the provider of RepFuel (myrepfuel.com and the RepFuel app). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use RepFuel.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use RepFuel.
• Keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information so your targets and estimates are useful.

Health and fitness disclaimer

RepFuel provides general fitness and nutrition information and estimates for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian or qualified trainer. Consult a healthcare professional before starting a new diet or exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You exercise and change your diet at your own risk.

AI features

Calorie and macro estimates, coach answers and progress reports are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always review AI estimates before logging them and use your own judgement. Don't submit photos or text containing other people's personal information.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts, or interfere with its operation or security.
• Don't use automated means to access the service or to get around plan limits.
• Don't use the AI features for anything unlawful, harmful or unrelated to fitness, nutrition and health.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Free and Pro plans

The Free plan includes core features and limited AI usage. RepFuel Pro is a paid subscription with higher AI allowances and extra features, as described on our pricing page. Plan features and limits may change over time; we'll tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce what a paid plan includes.

Billing, renewal and cancellation

• Pro is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor Stripe.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from the Membership page (Manage billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro until then.
• Prices may change. We'll notify you before a price change affects your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
• Prices may be subject to applicable taxes.

Refunds

If you're charged and not happy, email contact@myrepfuel.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund that payment in full. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable and we don't provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll make it right.

Your content

You own the data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work hard to keep RepFuel running smoothly, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RepFuel is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any injury or health outcome arising from your use of fitness or nutrition information. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

Closing your account

You can stop using RepFuel at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing contact@myrepfuel.com.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll update the date above and let you know in the app or by email.
