Privacy Policy

RepFuel is a product of ACK Solutions ("ACK Solutions", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use myrepfuel.com and the RepFuel app, how we use it, and the choices you have. We only collect what we need to run the service, and we never sell your personal information.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and a securely hashed version of your password (we never store your actual password).
• Profile and body stats you enter: sex, age, height, weight, optional body-fat percentage, activity level, goals and unit preferences.
• Fitness and nutrition logs: workouts, sets, routines, custom exercises, notes, food entries, saved foods and body-weight check-ins.
• AI requests: meal descriptions, meal photos and coach questions you choose to submit. Meal photos are sent for analysis and are not stored by us. Coach conversations are kept on your device, not on our servers.
• Subscription details: if you upgrade to Pro, payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and a customer reference, never your full card number.
• Basic technical data: a login session cookie, the date of your last activity, and daily counts of AI features used (to apply plan limits).

How we use it

• To provide the app: calculating your targets, storing your logs, showing progress and projections.
• To provide AI features: estimating nutrition from your meals and answering your coach questions using your profile and recent logs.
• To manage accounts, subscriptions, plan limits, security and support.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Service providers

We use a small number of trusted providers to run RepFuel. They process data only on our behalf:

• Cloudflare: hosting, database and network security.
• Anthropic (Claude): AI processing of meal descriptions, meal photos and coach questions. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, API inputs are not used to train their models.
• Stripe: payment processing for Pro subscriptions.
• Google Fonts: loads the website font.

Cookies and local storage

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. The app also stores some data on your device (such as an in-progress workout, coach chat history and display preferences) so it works smoothly. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Health information

Body stats and nutrition logs can be sensitive. You choose what to enter, and it is used only to provide the service to you. RepFuel is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual workouts, food entries and weigh-ins in the app at any time. To delete your whole account and all associated data, or to request a copy of your data, email contact@myrepfuel.com. We'll act on your request within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2. Access to production data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Children

RepFuel is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at contact@myrepfuel.com and we'll help.

Changes

If we make significant changes to this policy we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app or by email.
