How it's worked out
The Epley formula: weight × (1 + reps ÷ 30). Trust the trend more than the exact number, and don't attempt a true max without a proper warm-up and a spotter. RepFuel tracks your estimated 1RM for every lift automatically and tells you when you set a record.
Your numbers, kept up to date
RepFuel sets your calorie and protein targets from your stats, tracks your estimated 1RM for every lift and learns your real TDEE as you log. Free, works on any phone, no app store needed.
